Space Requirements
A showroom space of 1500–2500 sq. ft. at a prime or high-footfall location.
Business Acumen
A strong sense of ownership, leadership skills, and the drive to build a long-term brand.
Local Network
Good connections within the real estate, architecture, or interior design community are a plus.
Industry Knowledge
Familiarity with the modular furniture or home interiors industry helps, but isn’t mandatory—we offer full training.
